Great research has been released – Almost half of Australian workers are unhappy with their job!

This new research is spot on with what we have been saying for years about ‘Purpose’ and the ‘Relationship with the Boss.

The new study showed there was one clear factor driving workplace satisfaction – having a purpose at work. Other factors workers considered most important were their manager, day-to-day responsibilities, company culture and stress levels.

This matters because we know that happiness can be protective for mental health and happier workers are more productive.
