In 2006, Raf Rouco teamed up with his old band, The Conformists and Sande Marinovich to record Night Flower

This record wandered into Aimee Mann / Elliott Smith / Radiohead territory while also tipping its hat to the Rolling Stones, circa, Sticky Fingers

On Night Flower the remarkable Sande performs all vocals and it is the quality of Sande’s voice that prompted the re-issue of this record – the world needs this voice and her singing and also hear Raf’s beautiful songs

For this re-issue, we have included 2 songs from Raf’s vault – they are lifted from the spring of 2001, from the record titled, The Conformist

Why these 2 tracks – firstly, because ‘Sad Anymore’ is perhaps Raf best writing and sweetest tune and secondly, because ‘Carry On’ feels like the right message in this spring of 2020 – there is little else we can do
