Over the past 15 years, Dom has established himself as a trusted adviser and innovative consultant helping leaders and organisations to develop, define and deploy strategies which have resulted in sustainable improvements.
Many of the initiatives that Dom has introduced were inspired by studies in the USA, where he examined employee involvement in change programs, non-traditional approaches to workplace organisation and management communication programs. During this time Dom spent time at Harvard, MIT, Caterpillar, Pacific Bell, Du Pont and IBM.  Dom holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University along with certifications in EI, personality assessment, coaching, CBT, ACT, and whole brain thinking. Dom has also studied stress management techniques and is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association and alumni of Mt Eliza Business College.

Prior to joining People At Their best, Peter enjoyed more than 20 years’ experience in leadership and management roles, such as CEO, Head of Sales and GM Commercial at St John Ambulance Australia. His background is in the disciplines of business development, sales, customer service and project management. In 2011, Peter joined People At Their Best as Senior Associate and contributes across the entire business whether it’s conducting needs analysis, designing bespoke assessment and development programs, ensuring customer development outcomes, delivering one to one coaching, or conducting and reporting on engagement and 360-degree feedback surveys.

Peter brings sound business acumen and a passion for developing people to his role as a consultant that and he has worked with executives and emerging leaders at a variety of organisations like BHP, CBHS, EY, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Nexia International, NRMA, Suncorp, and Telstra. Peter holds an MBA and Masters in General Management from MGSM, along with certifications in Executive Coaching, Herrmann’s HBDI Whole Brain Thinking and Genos Emotional Intelligence.

 

portrait-bree1 Bree Hutchinson is a communications specialist who has delivered high profile programs both in Australia and abroad.  Bree is an experienced leader having held management roles at the Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet, APEC 2007 Taskforce, Perth International Arts Festival and the Australian High Commission in London.  Whilst at Prime Minister & Cabinet, Bree was responsible for the production of the strategic and operational guide for nations hosting the APEC Leaders Meetings.  Bree was a commissioned officer in the Royal Australian Air Force attaining the rank of Squadron Leader and deployed on active duty to the Middle East in 2002 as Senior Public Affairs Officer. While Bree teaches Communications Strategy at UNSW, she is also a passionate consultant, guiding clients to communicate transformation successfully to their workforce. Bree has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Communications from Bond University.

As Digital Director at Fox Sports he introduced numerous on-and-off-screen innovations that remain today. Mark is a proven leader in transformational change and overcoming cultural barriers.

Mark combines his commitment to innovation and his skills in digital communications to enhance the business operations of his clients. With his strong marketing background, Mark ensures that clients pursue strategies which better serve their customers. David Fox has been in the Human Resources field for over 20-years.  In that time, he has worked with hundreds of clients to assist them with their HR requirements whilst working with organisations such as SHL, Hudson, Maximus, Davidson Trahaire Corpsych and Talent Edge on leadership assessment and development assignments. David is a registered organisational psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a passion for helping organisations align their people with organisational objectives.

David’s particular areas of focus and expertise are Psychometric Testing, Performance Management, KPI alignment, Values and Culture, Coaching and Employee Relations. In addition, David has experience in sourcing and implementing various human resource information systems including online performance management systems.  David is a published author, senior clinician and counsellor and experienced speaker and trainer.

Paul has a burning ambition to support emerging leaders through today’s complex business world. He looks through the eyes of the client and has a keen appreciation for some of the challenges that may lie ahead. Paul also leverages technology to deliver flexibility and immediacy that creates a point of difference for his clients. He has two degrees, one in Marketing and one in Accounting, he sits on two advisory boards and is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, Australian Institute of Management and Australian Beverage Council.
