We are pleased to release our 2024, State of Australian Leadership Report.

As you read the report, we hope it gives you some comfort, that the tough environment we are facing impacts us all. In fact, the most common response we received is, ‘Times are tough and it is difficult to know what to do.’

What is also clear is that change will only accelerate and that it will not be possible to ‘sit-out’ and wait for a return to some previous, normal – those organisations that do well will continue to be those that are able to flex and pivot and find new ways to serve their customers, those that are able to adapt more easily to the changes happening around them.

A special thank-you to Megan Coombs, who compiled much of the data in the report and added deep insights into the financial and regulatory environment we are navigating.
